I get regular facial treatments and chemical peels.
I use sunscreen.
I get manicures and pedicures.
I do cute hairstyles.
I thread my eyebrows.
I take art classes like oil pastel, painting, and pottery.
I visit the art gallery.
I go to cafes and sit down and write.
I limit watching people's stories if I know I will feel triggered.
I eat breakfast in the mornings.
I go to the lake and just sit in the sun and color/write.
I listen to affirmations and healing music.
I go to fun concerts and parties in Toronto.
I take Sea Moss Gel.
I am just living my best life.
